SSIIDDHEY offers comprehensive services from radioactive waste profiling to final disposal, protecting our clients from liability. Our team of highly trained and experienced nuclear engineers will evaluate the radioactive waste designated for disposal, arranging for proper packaging, transport, and final disposal in compliance with regulations and documentation requirements. The transportation process is conducted using our own manufactured transport shields in radiation-protective company vehicles.

To support the specialized Radioactive isotope requirements, SSIPL has partnered up with M/s. Eckert and Ziegler, M/s. Frontier Technologies & and M/s. QSA Global, These are the three leading companies in the supply of Cf-252 neutron sources. These isotopes are widely used in cement, steel, and oil & gas industries for process optimization and safety-critical applications. 

Over the past five years, we have successfully delivered 19 µg and 29 µg Cf-252 sources to more than 10 reputed cement and steel manufacturing facilities. 

Every isotope is supplied with certified shielding, proper documentation, and in strict adherence to Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) standards. 

Disposal and handling

SSIIDDHEY Instrumentation (SSIPL) provides complete start-to-end solutions for the safe handling and disposal of all types of radioactive sources, including Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Neutron, and X-ray emitters. Our process includes site inspection, source retrieval, secure packaging, documentation, and submission of the Source Acceptance Letter from the Government of India. We use our in-house manufactured Transport Shields for the safer transit of the isotopes and GPS-enabled vehicles to ensure safe, trackable transport for clients.

XRF Tubes

SSIIDDHEY Instrumentation, in collaboration with VAREX Imaging, offers 92 OEJ XRF tubes pan-India, catering to the cement, steel, and power sectors. With a special AERB approval in place, we ensure supply, installation, and commissioning of the tubes within 3 months from the work order date. These tubes are optimized for high-output stability, delivering precise elemental detection for material verification and quality control. 

We have a dedicated team for the on-site installation and commissioning of the tubes, ensuring seamless integration with various XRF systems. Engineered for reliability, our tubes are built to perform consistently in rigorous industrial and lab environments, offering long operational life with minimal maintenance.
